Discovering and promoting talent is one other way of promoting smooth reintegration. Rebirth is the first organisation to record a music album for Chikurubi Female inmates titled KODZERO. The music album carries testimonies by inmates, on what got them into prison, and how they have reformed. It is an effective tool for awareness campaign to the society on the need to give them another chance so as to reduce re-offending of crime.
